Rein Fitness provides workout videos and lets you save the ones you like. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
Account details: your email address and password. Passwords are encrypted by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Profile details (all optional): your name, username, date of birth, gender, profile photo, and personal motivation note.
Activity: the workouts you save as favorites.
Information collected automatically
Basic technical information needed to deliver and troubleshoot the app, such as app version and general device type. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, to show your profile and saved favorites, to respond to support requests, and to fix problems and improve the app.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate the app: Supabase (database, secure sign-in, and video storage) and Expo (app delivery and updates). These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Help & Support → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your profile, your favorites, and your sign-in credentials.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that restrict each account to its own information.
Children's privacy
Rein Fitness is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can view and change your profile details in Settings at any time, and you can delete your account from the Help & Support screen. To request a copy of your information, email us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown above.
